How can you visualize the planning of a specific resource that you are in charge of?

In the “Resources” view you have to select a specific resource to visualize:

  • Its calendar.

Color legend:

  • Yellow: on time (achieved = planned)
  • Green: in advance (achieved  > planned)
  • Red: late (achieved  < planned)
  • Blue: planned in the future
  • Red dashed lines: non-working days (weekends, holidays…)

The color status is defined for each task allocation in comparison to the current day.

  • Its timesheet.

  • Grey: the task allocation was not planned on that day (planned = N/A)
