How can you add an allocation of a created task?

1) In the task calendar

Select a specific task. There are two ways to add a task allocation:

1. Click on a specific day. Set the required intensity (full-time, part-time…) and add a comment if you want. Click on “Save”.

The start and end dates represent by default the day you selected to add a task allocation, you can replace by any other date.

2. Click on “Plan a resource”. Set the required intensity (full-time, part-time…), select the start and end dates you want to add a task allocation and add a comment if you want. Click on “Save”.

The intensity is by default set to 1, you can replace by any other value.

2) In the global calendar

There are two ways to add a task allocation in the “Calendar” view:

1. Click on a specific day: select the project and the task you want to add a task allocation. Set the required intensity (full-time, part-time…) and add a comment if you want. Click on “Save”.

2. Click on “Plan a task”: select the project and the task you want to add an allocation. Set the required intensity (full-time, part-time…), select the start and end dates you want to add a task allocation and add a comment if you want. Click on “Save”.
